Investment Philosophy

VSCP seeks to invest in lower middle-market buyouts of healthcare services companies that have historically exhibited strong cashflow characteristics and minimal reimbursement risk. We utilize conservative leverage with the aim of allowing for balance sheet capacity to fund future growth. We seek to create value by growing revenue and EBITDA both organically and via M&A tuck-ins.
